Due to the nature of digital marketing and web development services, we do not generally offer refunds once work has commenced. However, in certain circumstances, partial refunds may be available under the conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms by Service Type

2.1 Web Design and Development Services

  • If you cancel before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and processing fees.
  • Once the project has commenced and initial design or development work has been completed, no refund will be issued.
  • If you request a cancellation mid-project, any outstanding payments for completed work will still be due.

2.2 Digital Marketing and SEO Services

  • SEO and digital marketing services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
  • Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice to cancel ongoing SEO or marketing services.
  • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of marketing campaigns.

2.3 Subscription-Based Services

  • Subscriptions for maintenance, hosting, or digital marketing retainers can be canceled at any time.
  • No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of a subscription period.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the next period.

2.4 Custom Software or Plugin Development

  • Once development work begins, refunds are not available.
  • Clients requesting additional changes after project completion may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, clients must submit a written request via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request." The request must include:

  • Client’s full name and company name (if applicable).
  • Service details and invoice number.
  • Reason for cancellation.

Cancellations will only be processed once confirmed by our team.

4. Refund Process

  • If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • WebCrafters Marketing Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for any bank processing delays.

5. Exceptions to Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Client fails to provide required information, materials, or approvals in a timely manner.
  • Delays in project completion caused by the client.
  • Work is completed as per the agreed scope but the client changes requirements afterward.
  • Requests for refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., design preference changes).
