Our story
Why we started WebCrafters.
WebCrafters started from a simple observation. Too many businesses were paying for a website and getting a template, a marketing plan nobody measured, and systems that did not talk to each other. When something broke, the designer blamed the host and the host blamed the plugin.
So we put everything under one roof. The same team designs the site, writes the code, runs the servers and manages the marketing. If something goes wrong, there is one number to call and nobody to pass you on to.
We have been building websites in Canada since 2021, from Vancouver, for recyclers, builders, engineers, consultants, clinics and shops across the country.
You get a fixed price before we start, one person who knows your project, and a team that still picks up the phone after launch.

This is how every project runs, whatever its size. If we fall short on any of these, tell us and we will put it right.
The price is fixed in writing
Within one business day you get a written quote with a fixed price and a start date. It changes only if you change the scope.
One person runs your project
A project lead takes you from your first message to handover and answers your questions, whoever is doing the work that day.
You see it before the public does
Work is built on a private link. You review it on your own phone and laptop and approve it before it goes live.
No promises we cannot keep
We do not guarantee rankings, leads or open rates, because nobody honestly can. We promise the work in the quote and report what happened.
Plain language
Quotes, reports and emails are written so an owner can read them without a glossary. If we use a technical term, we explain it.
Payment that fits your cash flow
Pay by milestone, or spread a project over up to 24 months. Cards and bank transfer are accepted.
We host what we build
Sites we build run on WebCrafters Cloud, so there is one team to call for the site, the server and the backups.
Handover and support
A walkthrough at launch and 14 days of post-launch support. After that, open a ticket any time; changes are covered by a care plan or our hourly rate.
Yours once paid
Once your project is paid in full, the website, its design files, content, data and the code written for it are yours, and your domain is registered in your name. Custom web apps are licensed to your business instead, with the terms set out in your quote.

Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?
Yes. We work with businesses across Canada. Calls, reviews and handovers are done by video and screen share, and everything you review is on a private link you can open anywhere.
