Analytics solutions
You pay for traffic. Do you know which of it turns into customers?
Most business websites count visits and nothing else. We set up analytics solutions that record the things that matter, calls, forms, bookings and sales, and ties each one back to the search, ad or post that brought it in. It starts with an analytics audit and a written action plan, quoted as a fixed price, so you know exactly what is broken and what fixing it will cost before you spend anything.

What you get
What our analytics solutions include.
The audit checks every item below on your site and the action plan prices the ones that need work. Nothing is installed that you cannot read.
Google Analytics 4 set up properly
One property, the right settings, internal traffic filtered out, spam referrals blocked, and data kept long enough to compare year on year.
Conversions that mean money
Phone taps, form submissions, bookings, chat messages and purchases recorded as conversions, each with the page and source that produced it.
Call tracking
For most local businesses the phone is the main conversion and the one nobody measures. Tracking numbers show which ads and searches make the phone ring.
Tag Manager, one place for everything
Every pixel and tag, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, managed in one container with a version history, so nothing gets pasted into the site by hand again.
Ads and search connected
Google Ads, Search Console and your ad platforms linked to Analytics, so cost, clicks and conversions sit side by side and the return on each channel is visible.
A dashboard you can actually read
One page in Looker Studio: leads this month, where they came from, what they cost, and how that compares to last month. No forty-tab reports.
Privacy and consent done right
Consent handled to Canadian privacy law and Quebec Law 25 where it applies, IP anonymised, and nothing collected that you would be embarrassed to explain to a customer.
Monthly review in plain words
A one-page summary of what moved and why, with one or two recommendations. Optional, month to month.
Your accounts, your data
Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console are created under your Google account with us added as a manager. Every report we build is shared to you, and you keep the history if you ever move on.
Not sure what you should be tracking?
Tell Ella what you want to know. Ella will outline what to track and how.
Six quick questions about your business, your traffic and what counts as a customer action. You get a plain-words outline of the conversions, tools and dashboard that fit, and a project lead can turn it into an audit quote. Two minutes, no jargon, no obligation.
Ella is automated and can make mistakes. Your written quote from a project lead is the final word.
How it works
From audit to a dashboard you trust in four steps.
The audit and action plan take about a week. Implementation usually takes one to three weeks depending on the plan, and the first full month of clean data follows.
01
Audit quote
Tell us about your site, your marketing and what you want to know. You get a fixed price for the audit and action plan within one business day. No access needed yet.
Day 1 to 2
02
Audit and action plan
With read access to your accounts we check what is tracked, what is missing, what is double counted and what is illegal. You get a written plan: findings, fixes in priority order, and a fixed price for each.
Week 1 to 2
03
Implement the plan
Tags, conversions, call tracking, consent and platform links set up in Tag Manager, tested on real forms and calls, then the dashboard built and walked through with you.
Week 2 to 4
04
First clean month, then monthly
After a full month of clean data we go through the dashboard together and agree what to change in your marketing. Monthly reviews continue if you want them.
Month 1 and on
What the audit finds
The five problems that show up on most business websites.
These are the things we look for first because they are common, they are usually invisible to the owner, and each one quietly changes a marketing decision. Your audit says which of them apply to you.
Calls and forms are not counted
What it costs you: the channel bringing most of your customers looks like it brings none, so budget moves to the wrong place.
Fix: phone taps, form submissions and bookings set up as conversions with their source recorded.
Your own team is counted as visitors
What it costs you: every number is inflated by staff checking the site, so a quiet month looks fine and a good one looks ordinary.
Fix: office and developer traffic filtered out, spam referrals blocked.
Ad accounts are not linked
What it costs you: ad spend lives in one tool and results in another, so nobody can say what a lead from ads actually costs.
Fix: Google Ads, Search Console and other platforms linked so cost and conversions sit side by side.
Tags pasted in by hand, twice
What it costs you: double-counted conversions, a slower site, and old tracking code from a tool you stopped paying for years ago.
Fix: everything moved into one Tag Manager container with a version history.
Consent and privacy are not handled
What it costs you: exposure under Canadian privacy law and Quebec Law 25, and in some setups customer names or emails leaking into analytics.
Fix: consent collected where required, personal data stripped, IP addresses anonymised.
Find out which of these apply to you.
A fixed-price audit and action plan. Read-only access, nothing changed, a written report you can act on with us or without us.
What it costs
A fixed price for the audit. A fixed price for each fix.
The audit and action plan are quoted as one fixed price based on the size of your site and how many platforms you run. The plan then prices each fix separately, so you can do all of it, some of it, or take the plan to your own developer.
What moves the price
How many websites and ad accounts, whether call tracking and a CRM are involved, how much of the current setup has to be untangled, and whether you want a live dashboard or a monthly report.
The plan is yours to keep
The action plan is written so any competent developer could follow it. Most clients have us do the work, but there is no obligation.
No software to buy
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console and Looker Studio are free. Call tracking has a small monthly cost, quoted in the plan. Monthly reviews are optional.
Questions
What owners ask about analytics.
If yours is not here, the full list is one click away, or just pick up the phone.
Still have a question?
Call us on a weekday, or send a note and we will get back to you within one business day.
I already have Google Analytics. Why do I need an analytics audit?
Having it installed and having it tell you something are different things. The common problems we find are conversions that were never set up, forms and calls that are not counted, your own staff counted as visitors, ad platforms not linked, and old Universal Analytics tags still firing. The audit lists exactly which of these apply to you and what each one costs to fix.
What do you need access to for an analytics audit?
Read-only access to Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console, and to your ad accounts if you run ads. We send step-by-step instructions for granting it, it takes a few minutes, and you can remove it at any time. Nothing is changed during the audit.
Will analytics tracking see my customers’ personal information?
No, our analytics tracking does not collect personal information. Analytics is set up to record actions, not people. Names, emails and phone numbers are never sent to Google, IP addresses are anonymised, and consent is collected where the law requires it. If your current setup is sending personal data somewhere it should not, the audit flags it as the first fix.
Can you set up analytics on a website you did not build?
Yes, we set up analytics on websites we did not build. Most analytics work is on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix and custom sites built by someone else. We need the ability to add one Tag Manager snippet to the site, or access to whichever integration the platform provides. Everything else happens in Tag Manager and Analytics.
