PPC advertising
Paid ads that pay for themselves, managed by a team that knows your account.
PPC advertising for Canadian businesses that want leads this month, not next year. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and more, chosen to fit where your customers are. Every account gets a dedicated team, weekly attention and a report you can read. We take on a limited number of accounts at a time so that stays true, and we tell you when a spot opens.

Platforms we manage
What you get
Everything included in a managed ad account.
Ad management is often sold as a percentage of spend with little to show for it. Ours is a fixed monthly fee for a specific list of work, and the ad budget goes to Google, not to us.
Account audit or clean build
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta or LinkedIn. If you already have an account, we audit it and keep what works. If not, we build one properly from the start, with the structure, settings, tracking and budgets done right.
Keywords and negatives
The searches worth paying for, and a growing list of the ones that are not, so budget stops leaking to job seekers and bargain hunters.
Ads written to be clicked by buyers
Headlines, descriptions, extensions and offers tested against each other, with the losers switched off every week.
Landing pages that match the ad
A page for each campaign that says the same thing the ad did, loads fast and asks for one action. Built by us or fixed on your site.
Conversion tracking that counts leads
Calls, forms, bookings and purchases tracked as conversions on every platform, so bids are set on real customers, not clicks.
Budget pacing and bid control
Daily budgets, schedules and bid limits set so the account spends what you agreed, when your customers are searching.
Weekly optimization by our team
Search terms reviewed, bids adjusted, ads rotated, and anything odd flagged to you the same week. Not set and forget.
A monthly report in plain words
What you spent, what you got, what changed and what is next. One page and a call if you want it.
We run the accounts, you see everything
We manage the ad accounts so you never have to log in or learn the platforms. You see every dollar of spend, every lead and every change in the monthly report, and the landing pages stay on your site.
Not sure where to start?
Tell Ella what you sell and where. Ella will outline a sensible first campaign.
Seven quick questions about your customers, your area and your budget comfort. You get a plain-words outline of the campaign, the landing page and the tracking it needs, and our team can turn it into a written plan. Two minutes, no jargon, no obligation.
Ella is automated and can make mistakes. Your written quote from a project lead is the final word.
How it works
From your request to first leads in four steps.
A new account is usually live within two weeks of agreeing the plan. The first month is for learning, and the numbers settle from month two. We only start when a spot is open, so you get the attention the plan promises.
01
Your request and a written plan
You send us the details, including what a customer is worth to you, where they are and what you can spend. If ads make sense, you get a plan with a fixed monthly fee and a start date. If they do not, we say so.
Day 1 to 2
02
Build the account and landing page
Keywords, negatives, ads, extensions, tracking and the landing page, built and checked with you before a dollar is spent.
Week 1 to 2
03
Launch and learn
Ads go live on a controlled budget. Search terms are reviewed daily in the first weeks, wasted spend is cut, and the winning ads and keywords get more room.
Month 1
04
Optimize and report, every month
Weekly adjustments, monthly reports, and a budget conversation whenever the numbers say it is time to scale or pull back. Month to month, no long contract.
Month 2 and on
The numbers we manage
Ads are a numbers job. These are the ones we watch.
Every account comes down to a short chain of numbers, from what a click costs to what a customer costs. The figures below are an illustrative example of a well-run lead generation account, not a promise. Your report shows your own.
Three health checks, every week
Click-through rate
Searchers who click the ad
Conversion rate
Clicks that become a lead
Quality Score
Google’s relevance rating
Click-through rate tells us the ad matches the search. Conversion rate tells us the landing page does its job. Quality Score is Google’s own rating, and a higher score lowers what you pay per click.
Where a lead generation budget goes
Most of the budget goes to the searches that already show intent. A slice is kept for remarketing to people who visited but did not enquire, and a small slice for testing new terms and ads.
Cost per lead over the first six months, example account
The first month is a learning period. Search terms that waste money are cut, the winning ads are kept and bids are tuned, so each lead costs less as the account matures. Movement like this is typical, not guaranteed.
From ad spend to customer acquisition cost (CAC)
CAC is the number that decides whether ads pay. We track it against what a customer is worth to you, which is why we ask that question before quoting. Example figures, with our management fee shown separately on your report.
What it costs
A fixed monthly fee. Your ad budget goes to Google.
We charge a fixed monthly management fee agreed in writing, not a percentage of your spend, so there is never a reason for us to push your budget up. Your ad budget is spent on the platform, separate from our fee, and you see every dollar of it in the monthly report.
What moves the price
How many campaigns and locations, whether you need landing pages built, which platforms, and how much hands-on work the account needs each week.
Month to month
No long contract and no minimum term. We recommend at least three months so campaigns get through the learning period fairly, and you can pause or stop with 30 days’ notice.
Limited accounts at a time
Our team looks after a small number of accounts at a time so yours gets weekly attention. When we are full, we say so and offer the next opening rather than squeezing you in.
Questions
What owners ask about PPC advertising.
If yours is not here, the full list is one click away, or just pick up the phone.
Still have a question?
Call us on a weekday, or send a note and we will get back to you within one business day.
How much should I budget for PPC advertising?
It depends on what a customer is worth to you and how competitive your market is. Before you spend anything, we work out a starting budget that can produce enough clicks to learn from, then adjust once the numbers are real. We will tell you if your budget is too small to be worth it.
How fast will PPC ads bring in leads?
Ads can bring enquiries in the first week, which is the point of paying for them. The first month is a learning period where we cut waste and find what converts. Judge the account from month two onwards, and expect the cost per lead to keep improving as the data grows.
Which advertising platforms do you run ads on?
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for people who are searching right now, Meta for reaching local audiences on Facebook and Instagram, and LinkedIn for business-to-business. We pick the mix in your plan, based on where your customers are, and we only run what we can measure. On any platform you pay a fixed monthly management fee, not a percentage of spend, and the ad budget is spent on the platform, separate from our fee.
Why do you limit the number of ad accounts you manage?
Because ad accounts need weekly human attention, and a team with too many accounts gives each one less of it. We cap how many we run at once. When we are full, we tell you and offer the next opening, and you can ask Ella or the form to hold a place.
