You send us the details and get a proposal with a fixed price and a start date within one business day. The price changes only if you change the scope.

One person runs your project from your first message to handover and answers your questions, whichever specialists do the work.
Reviewed before it goes live
Websites, stores, plugins and automations are built on a private staging copy that you test before anything reaches your customers.
Built to be found
Page structure, speed and tracking are set up for search from the first day, so marketing later does not start with repairs.
Hosting priced separately
The website is a one-time price. Hosting on WebCrafters Cloud is a separate ongoing cost, paid monthly or yearly. Your quote also lists the plugins and licences the site needs, so there are no surprise renewals.
Payment plans
Pay by milestone, or spread a project over up to 24 months. Cards and bank transfer are accepted.
Honest reporting
Marketing services report what happened, including what did not work. We do not promise rankings, open rates or a number of leads.
Handover and support
A walkthrough at launch and 14 days of post-launch support. After that, open a ticket any time; changes are covered by a care plan or our hourly rate.
Yours once paid
Once your project is paid in full, the website, its design files, content, data and the code written for it are yours, and your domain is registered in your name. Custom web apps are licensed to your business instead, with the terms set out in your quote.

Which service should I start with?
Start with the thing that costs you the most today. With no website, that is website design. With a website nobody finds, it is SEO, or PPC advertising if you need enquiries sooner. With a site that breaks or was hacked, it is maintenance or security. The table near the top of this page matches common situations to a starting point, and if you are still unsure, send us a message and we will tell you where we would start.
Can I use one service without the others?
Yes. Each service stands alone. Many clients come for one thing, such as a plugin, a migration or an SEO audit, and add others later or never. The advantage of one team shows when services meet: the people running your ads can change the landing page, and the people hosting the site are the ones who built it.
How is pricing worked out?
Projects such as websites, stores, plugins, integrations and migrations get a fixed written quote within one business day, and websites, stores, web apps and plugins also get a mockup with it. Ongoing services have a fixed monthly price: care plans and hosting plans are listed on their pages, and marketing services are quoted for your account. Domain prices are published in full on the domain page.
Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?
Yes. We are based in Vancouver and work with businesses across Canada. Discovery calls, reviews and handovers are done by video call and screen share, and everything you review is on a private link you can open anywhere.
