Hosting is paid monthly or yearly and your domain renews once a year, both separately from the website, so its price never changes because of them.

No, the written quote is free and there is no obligation to go ahead.
How fast will I get my quote?
A project lead replies within one business day, either with your written quote or with a few questions we need answered before we can price the work. For websites, online stores, web apps and plugins, the quote comes with a mockup of your home page, or of the main screen for an app or plugin.
What if I do not know exactly what I need?
That is normal. Describe what you want in your own words and choose Not sure yet. We will ask the questions needed to work it out with you.
How do I approve a quote?
You approve the quote online with one click. We then send the contract for you to sign online, along with a short questionnaire about your business, and confirm your start date.
Can the price change after I approve the quote?
No, the price only changes if you change the project, for example by adding pages or features. If you ask for something extra, we quote it first and nothing changes until you approve it.
Is hosting included in the quote?
No. The website is a one-time price. Hosting on WebCrafters Cloud is a separate ongoing cost, paid monthly or yearly. Your domain renews once a year. That way you can see exactly what the website costs and what the running costs are.
What do you do with my details?
We use them only to reply to you about this request. We do not sell or share them, and you join our newsletter only if you tick the box.
